Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Jewellery Sales Executive for a full-time position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of work experience and possess a strong background in customer service and sales within the jewellery sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years to maximum 10 years of experience in jewellery sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong customer service skills (Mandatory skill), ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.
  • Deep product knowledge (Mandatory skill) to effectively inform and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Expertise in sales techniques (Mandatory skill) to drive sales and meet performance objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and close deals.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in jewellery, to understand the retail environment and customer dynamics.
  • Strong networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product information and customer interactions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Advise and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that align with their preferences and occasions.
  • Utilize sales techniques to drive sales and meet established targets.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
