Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Executive for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to maximum of 6 years of experience in IT. This is a full-time position aimed at managing IT infrastructure and security, vendor relationships, and project implementation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with IT Infrastructure (Mandatory skill) including hardware, software, and network management.
• Proficiency in Network Security (Mandatory skill) to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Strong Vendor Management skills (Mandatory skill) to handle procurement and vendor relationships effectively.
• Expertise in Project Management to ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ability to create and implement IT Strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Experience in Budget Management to oversee and control IT expenditure efficiently.
• Proven Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate IT team members.
• Excellent Problem Solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect sensitive data and information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
• Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Formulate and execute IT strategies that support the company’s business objectives.
• Manage the IT budget, track expenses, and optimize costs while maintaining high efficiency.
• Lead the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring productivity.
