Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Executive for a full-time, mid-level position at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for overseeing our IT infrastructure, managing technical troubleshooting, and ensuring cybersecurity across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical troubleshooting (Mandatory skill) - Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve various technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• IT infrastructure (Mandatory skill) - Proficient in managing and maintaining complex IT systems including hardware, software, and network components.
• Cybersecurity (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect company data and systems.
• IT strategy - Capable of devising and executing IT strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Project management - Proven track record in managing multiple IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Team leadership - Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Vendor management - Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Budget management - Adept at planning and managing IT budgets to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
