  • Candidate Assessment (Mandatory skill): Experience in assessing candidates' skills and qualifications against job specifications.
  • Interviewing: Proficient in conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and organizational culture.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of IT terminologies and technologies to effectively recruit for technical positions.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating job offers and compensation packages with prospective candidates.
  • Talent Acquisition: Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes including job postings, candidate engagement, and offer management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
