Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Inventory Commercial Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in ERP systems, supply chain optimization, and SAP Business One, which are mandatory for this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in ERP Systems (Mandatory skill) to ensure efficient processing and management of inventory data.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Optimization (Mandatory skill) for improving the overall supply chain management and efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (Mandatory skill) for handling business management and accounting needs.
- Strong ability to utilize Inventory Management Software for overseeing and maintaining stock levels accurately.
- Competency in Data Analysis for interpreting and evaluating inventory-related data effectively.
- Skills in Demand Forecasting for anticipating consumer demand and ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management practices for optimizing storage, retrieval, and distribution processes.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, tracking inventory metrics, and reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and wastage.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement and distribution of inventory items.
- Utilize ERP systems and related software to maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate and manage contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to prevent product shortages or overstock situations.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce loss.
- Collaborate with the finance team to perform regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement and cost-saving opportunities in inventory management.
