Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of interior design principles and practices (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and techniques (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills to find practical and creative solutions for site challenges
• Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the project meet the required standards
• Effective time management skills to complete projects within deadlines
• Ability to coordinate and lead a team to ensure smooth workflow and project completion

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee interior site projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure all design plans are executed accurately according to the project's specifications
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Manage project timelines and ensure all phases are completed on schedule
• Monitor and control the quality of work performed on-site to meet high standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project in a professional manner
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure the availability and delivery of materials
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the management team
