Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sales strategies, client relationship management, and communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have extensive experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to manage and enhance client relationships to drive business growth (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and internal teams (Mandatory skill).
- Strong market analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and threats relevant to the industry.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to strike beneficial deals and agreements.
- Deep understanding of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities to guide and motivate sales teams towards achieving targets.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their productivity and performance levels.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to present to the senior management team.
