Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager for the Retail Hotel Industry, based in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires a professional with extensive HR experience within the specified industry. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of work experience. This is a senior-level position that demands strategic oversight and hands-on management of various HR functions.

- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the capacity to mediate and resolve disputes amicably and constructively.
