• HR Strategy (Mandatory skill): Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Labor Law Compliance: Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's adherence to them.
• Recruitment: Strong experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions.
• Training and Development: Proficiency in identifying training needs and planning, organizing, and overseeing appropriate training programs.
• Compensation and Benefits: Skilled in structuring, managing, and assessing compensation and benefits packages.
• Conflict Resolution: Adept at resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a harmonious working environment.
