Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time senior position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant work experience in HR management, particularly within the hospitality sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management, with a maximum of 10 years.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations, including conflict resolution and team dynamics.
- Strong understanding of labor law compliance and its application in a hospitality setting.
- Expertise in conflict resolution techniques to maintain workplace harmony.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development (Mandatory skill) - Proficiency in designing and leading training programs for employee development.
- Performance Management (Mandatory skill) - Extensive experience in performance appraisal and improvement systems.
- Hospitality Industry Knowledge (Mandatory skill) - Deep understanding of HR practices specific to the hospitality sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions within the hotel industry.
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to foster employee growth and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and legally sound workplace environment.
- Resolve employee conflicts through effective mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
- Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand and address their human resource requirements.
