Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level HR Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in the hotel industry and possess strong skills in recruitment, performance management, and hospitality industry knowledge. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to manage and improve HR policies and processes within our organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of HR experience in the hotel industry.
• Proven track record in recruitment (Mandatory skill), including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
• Extensive experience in performance management (Mandatory skill), including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry (Mandatory skill) and its specific HR needs.
• Strong skills in employee relations, fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Experience in training and development, designing and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Familiarity with labor law compliance, ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Proficient in conflict resolution, able to address and resolve workplace disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Ability to create and implement HR policies that support organizational goals and comply with legal requirements.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hotel industry.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
