Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager for the Hotel FMCG sector to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including employee relations, training, and development, as well as implementing HR policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in employee relations (Mandatory skill) to maintain and foster a positive work environment.
• Proficient in training and development (Mandatory skill) to help employees enhance their skills and knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies (Mandatory skill) to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
• Skilled in recruitment processes to effectively manage the hiring of new talent.
• Competent in performance management practices to assess and improve employee productivity and engagement.
• Expertise in compensation and benefits to design and implement competitive packages.
• Thorough understanding of labor laws to ensure compliance with all legal regulations.
• Strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve workplace disputes professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, and policy implementation.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
• Coordinate performance management, employee development plans, and appraisals.
• Manage and improve compensation and benefits policies to attract and retain top talent.
