Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our Hotel FMCG division in Hyderabad. This is a senior-level, full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in employee relations, training and development, and performance management to support our dynamic team.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in employee relations (Mandatory skill) with a track record of successfully managing employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing training and development programs (Mandatory skill) to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Strong background in performance management (Mandatory skill), including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws to ensure the company's adherence to legal standards and regulations.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle disputes effectively and maintain a harmonious work environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company's staffing needs are met.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data.
