Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience working in human resources, specifically in the hotel industry. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Hyderabad.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in the HR field, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in managing employee relations (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding and implementation of HR policies and procedures (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Expertise in training and development to ensure continuous employee growth and alignment with company objectives.
  • Sound knowledge of performance management including setting KPI's, conducting evaluations, and managing appraisals.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate disputes and negotiate beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Cultivate a positive working environment by managing employee relations and ensuring employee welfare and satisfaction.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current laws and regulations.
  • Organize and manage training and development programs to foster a growth-oriented environment.
