Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they are seated promptly according to reservation requirements.
  • Maintain a positive and accommodating attitude while managing guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure accurate processing of guest orders and payments through point of sale systems.
