Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Manager for our location in Tellapur, Hyderabad. This is a full-time junior-level position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a front office manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry for at least 1 year.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software for efficient handling of tasks.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure precision in front office operations and guest services.
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high morale and productivity.
  • Required fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with guests and staff.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise front office operations to ensure optimal hotel reputation and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, schedule, and manage front office staff to deliver top-notch customer service consistently.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.
  • Oversee the reservation system and maintain an accurate record of bookings and accommodations.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures for smooth front office operation.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all front office financial transactions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the senior management regarding front office operations.
