Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, safety protocols, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software to maintain and track stock levels effectively.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems to facilitate seamless transaction processing and sales tracking.
- Ability to manage cost control and budgeting to ensure profitable operations without compromising quality.
- Strong team leadership and management skills to lead and motivate the food and beverage team effectively.
- Commitment to customer service excellence, ensuring a remarkable dining experience for all patrons.
- Menu design and planning (Mandatory skill) to create appealing and seasonal food and beverage offerings.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols (Mandatory skill) to adhere to health regulations and standards.
- Vendor relationship management (Mandatory skill) to maintain and enhance partnerships with suppliers for optimal procurement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
