The Floor Manager position at our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Hyderabad is a mid-level, full-time role requiring candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with team leadership to guide and inspire staff through hands-on management techniques (Mandatory skill).

- Proficiency in scheduling software to organize staff shifts smoothly ensuring sufficient coverage at all times.
- Capable of conflict resolution by navigating disputes or concerns among staff members or customers professionally.
