Job Overview

We are seeking a Female Sales Coordinator for Banquets to join our mid-level team in Hyderabad. The role is full-time and requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in a relevant field.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Event planning experience with a proven track record of organizing successful events (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle client requests and feedback effectively (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and staff (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Effective negotiation skills to manage client expectations and finalize contracts
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently and effectively as they arise
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate banquet events from inception to completion, ensuring all client requirements are met
  • Liaise with clients to determine their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Handle event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and coordinating with vendors
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Assist in marketing and promotion of banquet services to attract new clients
  • Prepare detailed event proposals and contracts, with clear terms and conditions
  • Ensure all financial aspects of the event, including budgeting and invoicing, are managed effectively
