We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional with 4-6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management and communication skills, as well as experience managing calendars to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in an executive assistant role or similar field.
- Exceptional time management skills (Mandatory skill) for efficiently handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with executives, team members, and clients.
- Expertise in calendar management (Mandatory skill) to organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Excellent organization skills to maintain orderly records and support operations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to navigate challenging situations and propose viable solutions.
- Attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in documentation and correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to meet organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain and manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for business trips, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle incoming communications, screening inquiries and directing them to appropriate parties as needed.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring their accessibility and security.
- Assist in project management activities, collaborating with different teams to meet objectives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the office and executive team.
