Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for a full-time position based in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. This senior-level position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively manage the office of the Managing Director.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill), both written and verbal, for interacting with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills (Mandatory skill) to anticipate issues and create viable solutions promptly.
  • Proficiency in calendar management (Mandatory skill), including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Strong time management skills for juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Superior organization skills to maintain comprehensive records and manage office operations seamlessly.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in every task and minimize errors.
  • Proficient in prioritization, able to identify urgent tasks and sequence them accordingly for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents related to the Managing Director's office.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing correspondence, calls, and emails.
  • Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the Managing Director.
  • Organize and maintain office systems, ensuring the efficient handling of information and records.
  • Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
