We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatching Supervisor to join our team in the food industry. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience and a maximum of 6 years in dispatching or a related field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with inventory control (Mandatory skill) to ensure efficient tracking and management of food products.
• Proficiency in adhering to food safety regulations (Mandatory skill) to maintain quality and compliance in food dispatching processes.
• Excellent time management (Mandatory skill) to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong logistics management experience to oversee the efficient delivery and distribution of food products.
• Proven team leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of dispatchers effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and clients smoothly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve dispatching issues promptly.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of shipments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatching staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food products.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during the dispatching process.
• Develop and implement effective dispatching schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in dispatching and coordinate with different departments to achieve seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, including shipment details and delivery confirmations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for dispatching staff to enhance productivity and adherence to company policies.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to dispatching in a professional manner.
