Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years.
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Solid sales skills (Mandatory skill) to identify opportunities and facilitate the sales process.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and rectify issues efficiently.
- High level of empathy to understand and address customer needs.
- Effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful agreements with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and tasks effectively.
