Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, and working towards improving customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns
