  • Recipe Execution (Mandatory skill): Expertise in following and executing complex pastry recipes.
  • Baking: Comprehensive knowledge of baking techniques and procedures.
  • Ingredient Measurement: Accuracy in measuring and combining ingredients for baking.
  • Food Safety: Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices in a kitchen environment.
  • Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a busy kitchen.

Roles and Responsibilities
