We are seeking a Junior Cloud Kitchen Admin Assistant for Gamut HR Solutions, based in Hyderabad. The position is full-time and requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. If you have strong organizational skills and a passion for the food industry, this role is perfect for you.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Experience with menu planning (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to manage inventory efficiently and effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional customer service skills (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and best practices.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Experience with order fulfillment and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Strong quality control skills to ensure all food meets high standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing the daily menu, ensuring a variety of balanced offerings.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring all appliances are in proper working condition.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring each dish meets company standards.
• Assist in maintaining records of food costs, and inventory levels, and help with cost control measures.
