Job Overview

We are looking for a Female Client Servicing professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with excellent service, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a Full-Time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Salary range will be based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
