Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Interiors division. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, specifically within the interiors industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.

• Proven ability in interior design, with a thorough understanding of design principles

• Effective negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term relationships
• Experience in budgeting to effectively manage project finances

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interiors market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Lead sales initiatives, including the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and negotiations
• Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to clients' requirements
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, managing resources effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver superior design solutions
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and project progress
