Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender Manager - Female to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Bartender Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of bartenders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Bartender Manager or a similar role
• Proven knowledge of mixology and cocktail making

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Train and mentor bartenders on best practices and company policies
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop new drink menus and promotions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and motivate a team of bartenders
• Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data, identifying areas for improvement
