We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of Barcoding Jewellery at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in barcoding, inventory management, and jewellery identification to ensure efficient handling and organization of products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in barcoding systems is mandatory for managing jewellery products efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in inventory management to ensure accurate tracking and organization of jewellery stock (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to identify different types of jewellery and their characteristics with precision (Mandatory skill).
• Strong data entry skills to maintain accurate records of inventory and barcoded items in the system.
• Quality control expertise to verify the authenticity and quality of jewellery items regularly.
• Keen attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate labelling and recording.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
• Solid problem-solving abilities to address issues related to barcoding and inventory processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the barcoding system for jewellery items to ensure efficient tracking and retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in reconciling discrepancies in the stock counts.
• Identify and categorize jewellery items accurately and ensure they are correctly labelled with barcodes.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the integrity and authenticity of the jewellery pieces.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to align inventory processes with barcoding procedures.
• Prepare reports on inventory status and barcoding efficiency to inform management decisions.
• Resolve discrepancies related to barcodes and inventory data effectively and in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss best practices and improvements in jewellery handling.
