Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Sales professional to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to drive banquet sales and meet sales targets consistently.
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in managing client relationships and ensuring repeat business.
- Hospitality (Mandatory skill): In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and banquet operations.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous terms for both the company and clients.
- Event Planning: Experience in coordinating and managing large-scale events from start to finish.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Networking: Ability to build a strong network of contacts within the industry to drive business growth.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to tackle any challenges that may arise during event planning and execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert them into successful sales for the company's banquet services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Plan and coordinate events, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the clients.
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure seamless event execution and delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Regularly report on sales performance and client feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise before, during, or after the event.
