Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced mid-level B Arch Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design, construction management, and client communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in architectural design (Mandatory skill).
• Strong construction management abilities (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent client communication skills (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Comprehensive project management abilities for overseeing project timelines.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
• Experience with Revit software for BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• A commitment to sustainable design principles and practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and create architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Communicate effectively with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and develop solutions.
• Ensure all designs conform to applicable building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide junior architects and interns in developing their skills and completing their tasks.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for drafting architectural plans and models.
• Implement sustainable design practices to promote environmental responsibility in architecture.
