We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning and organizing daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and train restaurant staff to achieve high levels of customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food and beverage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Assist in creating and updating menus, taking into consideration customer preferences and market trends
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to set and achieve sales targets
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to staff members
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to staff members
