Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Real Estate Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Assistant Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Real Estate Manager in managing all aspects of the company's real estate portfolio. This includes overseeing property operations, leasing and tenant relations, and property maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate management and a strong understanding of the local real estate market in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate management
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Hyderabad, Telangana, India
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the Real Estate Manager in managing the company's real estate portfolio
  • Oversee property operations, including rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant relations
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  • Research and analyze local real estate market trends and property values
  • Assist in the negotiation and execution of lease agreements
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets for each property
  • Stay updated on local laws and regulations pertaining to real estate
  • Provide support to the Real Estate Manager in special projects and property acquisitions
