We are seeking a Junior Architect with a B Arch background for a full-time position at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field of architecture. This role involves architectural design, knowledge of building codes, and construction management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings and plans
• Experience in Project Management to handle multiple architectural projects simultaneously

• Understanding of Structural Engineering to collaborate with engineers and ensure structural integrity
• Focus on Sustainable Design to incorporate eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions in projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and create detailed plans, specifications, and drawings
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and ordinances in all projects
• Manage construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders for approval
• Research and implement sustainable design practices to enhance environmental impact
