Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Architect with a B Arch degree for a junior-level position. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design to develop infrastructure and building plans (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in construction management for overseeing building projects (Mandatory skill).
• Proven project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• High-level proficiency in AutoCAD for the creation of detailed architectural designs.
• Expertise in site planning to optimize space utilization and ensure safety.
• Understanding of structural engineering principles for robust and durable constructions.
• Commitment to sustainable design practices and an understanding of eco-friendly building materials and techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities
