Gamut HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and talented Architect - B Arch with Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and layouts for construction projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions
• Create 3D models and renderings to visualize architectural concepts
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Prepare and present architectural proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to oversee the construction process
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural design
