Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of Architect - B Arch with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and drawings based on client requirements and specifications.
• Develop project plans and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed within the allocated timeframe and budget.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that design concepts are feasible and can be implemented.
• Review and evaluate building codes, regulations, and requirements to ensure compliance.
• Supervise and oversee the construction process to ensure that design and construction are aligned.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials and resources.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in architecture and construction.
