This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, requiring a work experience ranging from 4 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and analytical skills to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to create, manage, and analyze financial plans.
  • Experience in account reconciliation to maintain accurate and balanced financial records.
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax compliance to ensure the organization meets all legal obligations.
  • Skilled in financial analysis to provide insightful financial data that supports strategic decisions.
  • Capability to prepare for and assist in financial audits with third-party auditors.
  • Effective cash flow management to ensure the organization’s liquidity and financial stability.
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities, including mentoring and managing junior staff members.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including monthly closing processes and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement budget planning and forecasting, including variance analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations of accounts and prepare related financial reports.
  • Maintain compliance with all tax regulations, both local and national, and ensure proper filing of tax documents.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide regular financial reports and data to senior management for decision-making.
  • Coordinate and support external financial audits and implement corrections as necessary.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations and future investments.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
