Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Accountant in the Fragrance Perfumes industry for a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 6 years of relevant work experience. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in retail and cost analysis, as part of our dynamic team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in financial reporting to ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with industry standards.
- Experience in inventory management to monitor stock levels and implement efficient inventory control procedures.
- Sound knowledge of tax compliance to ensure all financial practices adhere to current laws and regulations.
- Skilled in budgeting to help plan and forecast financial objectives aligned with company goals.
- Understanding of supply chain finance to manage financial dealings and support the supply chain process effectively.
- Must have skills: cost analysis (Mandatory skill), auditing (Mandatory skill), and retail accounting (Mandatory skill) to execute precise product and cost evaluations.

- Prepare and analyze financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable financial regulations.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of budget forecasts and variance reports.
- Assist in tax filing processes and ensure compliance with necessary tax obligations.
- Coordinate with the supply chain department to optimize financial efficiencies in procurement and distribution activities.
- Manage retail accounting practices by maintaining precise records of sales, purchases, and other retail transactions.
- Assist in developing internal control policies and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure financial data integrity.
