Job Title: Senior Project Manager - React JS, Node JS, and Solidity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in managing

projects on React JS, Node JS, and Solidity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of

leading teams of at least 7 subordinates and executing at least 6 large scale projects from start to

end.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage a team of developers working on React JS, Node JS, and Solidity projects

 Create and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets

 Communicate project progress and changes to stakeholders and clients

 Identify and mitigate project risks

 Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

 Manage project scope and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget

 Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Qualifications:

 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on React JS, Node JS, and

Solidity

 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices

 Experience leading teams of at least 7 subordinates

 Proven track record of successfully executing at least 6 large-scale projects from start to end

 Strong communication and leadership skills

 Ability to identify and mitigate project risks

 Experience with project management tool such as Jira, Asana, Trello etc.

 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
