Responsibilities:
1.Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan
2.Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues
3.Lead the admin department in managing day to day chores Inter department co-ordination Control the employee hiring and exit process Cultivate a supportive workplace.
4.Managing and maintaining a setup that promotes optimum performance.
5.Manage salary and payout related tasks
6.Analyze the training requirements for a programme and keep an eye on it
7.Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resources
8. Assisting the director with various responsibilities
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 1+ years of experience in HR and Admin department Known languages must include Marathi, English and Hindi
