Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Delivery Executives. As a Food Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service and want to be part of the booming food delivery industry. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We offer both full-time and part-time positions suitable for fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid 2-wheeler license
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with local routes and navigating apps
• Ability to handle cash transactions
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Valid Aadhaar card and PAN card

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to customers' specified locations promptly and accurately
• Ensure proper handling and care of food items during transit
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance
• Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while driving
• Collect payments from customers and submit them to the designated authority
• Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor
