We are looking for a young, energetic and dynamic person who knows how to create and maintain rapport with our partners and likes working in a start-up atmosphere. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer on this role.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Education: Any Graduate but MBA/B.Tech (Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

1. Identification and outreach to new prospects
2. Collecting and Recording Prospect Information
3. Presenting our solution in a manner to fit in with the client’s current needs.
4. Sharing USP and Communicating benefits to prospects.

Sales:

1. Sharing Estimates of solution
2. Negotiation for best deal
3. Follow-up to get update.
4. After close- forward info to operations team for order fulfilment and payment collection

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Fluent English is a must)
2. Strong listening and presentation skills
3. Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and time management.
5. Highly organized and attentive to detail
6. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
7. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
