The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.&nbsp; Required Qualification: 1. Graduates with experience in Sales. 2. Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of AgroChemical/ Agricultural Product Sales. 3. Good communication skills and being able to communicate effectively in one of the south Indian languages.&nbsp; Skills and Attributes: 1. Proven sales track record 2. Experience in customer support is a plus 3. Market knowledge 4. Communication and negotiation skills 5. Ability to build rapport 6. Time management and planning skills Job Description: 1. Develop markets in the zone/territory allocated 2. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth 3. Assess potential distributors &amp; dealers in the location 4. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives 5. Appoint, create &amp; manage network of distributors &amp; dealers 6. Lead generation &amp; researching prospective accounts in target markets 7. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle8. Product demonstration, training to distributors, dealers &amp; farmers 9. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients 10. Complaint handling on behalf of distributors, dealers &amp; farmers 11. Build relationship with key stakeholders to expand market potential 12.
