1.   Setup and lead the Physiotherapy Department at the Organizational Level.

2.   Identify resource requirements for Physiotherapy Department.

3.   Build a team for Physiotherapy department as it grows.

4.   Support the  recruitment process and train Physiotherapists joining the organization.

5.   Preparation of Care Plans, Assigning and scheduling of Physiotherapists (inhouse physiotherapists and consultants)

6.   Responsible for Coordination between Nursing Team, Assessment visits,

7.   Personally ensure  a minimum of 90  patient visits / month

8.   Participate and contribute to the business development activities of the department, including setting up targets and tracking against the same.

9.   Engage Consultant Physiotherapists for home physiotherapy sessions for all locations.

10. Assign, monitor and coordinate the activities of Physiotherapists in the Department.

11. Review progress and effectiveness of therapy at defined intervals.

12. Support and assist Clinical Excellence Team in identifying Physiotherapy needs for patients under Guardian Angel Homecare.

13. Conduct and report supervisory visits.

14. Carry out Incident Management activities and prepare reports.

15. Set up and conducting meetings of inhouse physiotherapists and consultants. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

16. Participate in the training of nurses and caregivers in basic aspects of physiotherapy.

17. Attend management meetings, when required.

18. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and report on a regular basis.
