Job Description: The Quality Officer will play a critical role in ensuring and maintaining high standards of care delivery, compliance, and quality improvement within our home care services.

Responsibilities:

  • · Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure it meets regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices.
  • · Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in the home care sector.
  • · Performance Evaluation: Implement and manage quality metrics, conduct audits, and analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • · Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for staff to maintain and enhance service quality.
  • · Client Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from clients and their families to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • · Policy Development: Collaborate with management to create, update, and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care.
  • · Risk Management: Identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • · Continuous Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and implement best practices.
  • · Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics, compliance status, and improvement initiatives to management.
  • · Assessment of Skills During Candidate Interview Process
  • Ø Bachelor's degree/diploma in nursing preferably with experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Ø Proven experience (5 years) in a quality assurance or similar role within the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Ø Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ø Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ø Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ø Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ø Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ø Certification in quality management or healthcare quality (optional but preferred).
