The Position :

Branch Manager is Responsible  for

Branch Administration

Provide leadership in all functions of the Branch

Customer service and resolving customer complaints

Planning and analysing Branch marketing

Profitability of the Branch

Financial Management. (Accounts/Cost Control /Budgeting etc.)

Staff Management - Adhere to HR. Admin policies

Recruitment and Training

Business Development

Ensure that all processing are performed in a timely and accurate manner

To contribute to a high performance service culture in the Branch

To be part of an efficient and effective team

Security and safety of the branch

Improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Coordinating with Head office and other branches for day to day operations

Administrative tasks relevant to this post.

Salary: 28000 +
