Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective operations, meeting sales targets, and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Sales and target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of the home healthcare industry and market trends
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Fluency in English and local language

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management, sales, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies
• Hire, train, and manage a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Prepare and analyze branch reports and financial statements
• Identify market trends and opportunities for business growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to achieve overall company goals
