Responsibilities
· The Branch Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of operational, administrative and commercial activities of the branch.
· Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
· Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
· Plan and coordinate with HR, the staffing needs of the branch.
Qualifications, Experience and skill required:
· Graduate with preferably an MSW or MBA.
· 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
· Graduate with preferably an MSW or MBA.
· Minimum 3-years of experience in managing systems, processes, and people in services / healthcare / hospitality industry.
· Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and native language.
· Good IT Skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the desire to use them.
· Desire and ability to expand and build business and business relationships.
· Emotional and mental maturity for the establishment and maintenance of good working relationships with client, client’s family, caregiver and administrative staff.
· Ability to network with a range of relevant organizations including local businesses, hospitals, resident’s associations and other institutions to promote business.
· Above all, the Branch Manager should be a person with focus on quality-of-service delivery.
